1. What are the terms regarding cancellations for the tour?
The cancellation policy entails the following charges:
- 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
- 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost
- 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost
- 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost
- 48 hours or fewer before departure – 100% of tour cost or deposit if greater.
2. Are deposits refundable if I cancel my booking?
No, deposits are non-refundable.
3. How do I cancel my booking?
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company.
4. Is there a refund for any unused portion of the tour if I cancel after it has started?
No, once the tour has started, no refund will be given for any unused portion or part of the tour or services.
5. Can I make changes to the tour itinerary or depart early?
Yes, you can make changes to the tour itinerary or depart early, but any alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate your reason for leaving the tour in writing to the tour operator.
